In SC at LAST!

It has been forever since we posted, but finally we are settling in a bit and ready to share some pictures from along the way!
As you can see we enjoyed meals on our floor for a few days waiting for our stuff to arrive. Alex appreciated eating on the floor more than we did, but we were all pleased to be out of the car.

Alex loved having a huge space dedicated to his trains.

After just a 4.5 days of sitting on the floor and eating off of our formal china with plastic ware our stuff finally arrived. In just one day we managed to create an impressive tower of boxes. Of course after all the unpacking neither of us had energy to cook! At least we enjoyed a meal at our table with a feeling of accomplishment from the tower of boxes.

After a quick return trip to Boston to fetch the cats and attend a wedding my Mom returned with us and mucked out our pond. Alex was very happy to get some goldfish for the pond and was even happier when he found we had gained several frogs as well. Thanks to the frogs we now have hundreds of tadpoles too. For those interested here are a few more photos of our house! I promise to try and add some more pictures from the last 6 months!
